Question On Comments

I have my Blog set to accept comments as long as they are moderated.  I have a little quote and everything, yet there is nothing showing up on the posts!  I have double checked all settings and can't see anything wrong.  The only thing I can think of is that I modified the HTML awhile back to allow some extras.  Does anyone have any ideas on why it's not working?  If you do please leave me a note on my facebook page or on my main blog.  I hate not hearing what everyone thinks!
